This week we gathered at to celebrate the incredible filmmakers we’ve worked with this year. The evening was filled with great conversations, games, raffles, and rewatching some of our holiday favorites (shout out “The Santa Clause”). And of course, a delectable spread of potluck dishes 🤤Thank you to all the crew members who were able to make it– we appreciate the laughs and good time. pc:

When we create films for events, it’s not enough to make sure they can stand on their own. We also intentionally craft them to align with the broader event’s themes - not only in how we approach the content, but in how we approach every aspect of the film.

This year’s Annual Dinner was all about embracing moments of critical change.

To underscore that idea in the award films, instead of conducting a wide-ranging interview that told each interviewee’s life story, we focused on a single moment of significant change– spotlighting that pivotal moment; what led to it, and how it changed everything.

Good, efficient storytelling often focuses on the single, informative moment. We went into these interviews with that in mind. How can we encapsulate what we need to know about this story by centering on one fateful choice?

Lancaster is such a special place.

When reached out to us about making a series of tourism ads, we knew just what to do. We filled these ads with real Lancaster locals, not actors. We thought the best way to learn about a place, was hearing from the people who live there.

The result is a sweet and personal take on tourism advertising.
