Another incredible year for our annual food drive! A huge thank you to our amazing residents for your generosity and giving spirit. We collected so much that it took multiple vehicles to deliver everything to the Water Street Mission! Together, we are making a real difference.

Our hearts go out to our neighbors at Newport Commons who recently experienced a devastating fire, affecting an entire building and was a complete loss for more than 40 residents.

We believe in supporting each other when times are tough. That is why we are collecting gift cards to help those impacted get back on their feet. Every little bit makes a difference.

Now through Monday, stop by our leasing office to drop off your gift card donation. You may drop them in the rent drop box.

Happy Friday Greenview Residents! It’s Donuts and Coffee day in the leasing office. We have an assortment of donuts, muffins, and cookies. Stop by between 8 am - noon for a sweet treat! 🍩 ☕️

Greenview Terrace was recognized as a 2023 President's Safety Circle Award Winner within the High Company. Working safely is a commitment we make to our co-workers and residents.
