Complete Property Solutions, a family-owned company specializing in landscape construction & hardscaping, hyrdroseeding, erosion control, and small excavating is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join growing our team.

Responsibilities include:
• Supervising daily operations and crew members.
• Managing schedules and project progress.
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and meeting schedules.
• Operating and maintaining equipment (skid loaders, mini excavators, hydroseeder, mulch blower truck, and other small equipment.)
• Coordinating with other team leads.

Qualifications:
• Leadership and project coordination skills
• Industry and equipment operating experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
(CDL is strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and safety awareness.
• Reliable transportation is required.
