Welcome to the Clemson Extension – Lancaster County Page.

Clemson Extension agents with primary Youth Development responsibilities work closely with state extension specialists and researchers located on campus and at the various research and education centers located across the state. They provide expertise in topics including animal agriculture and veterinary science, natural resources and the environment, gardening, leadership and citizenship, personal growth and development, and science, engineering and technology.

👋 Meet the Team!

Cameron is a rising sophomore at Clemson University majoring in Animal and Veterinary Sciences with a concentration in Agribusiness. Through her internship with Lancaster County Clemson Extension, she enjoys meeting new people and gaining hands-on experience across a variety of agricultural and community programs.

At work, you can find Cameron preparing social media content, assisting with Extension events, or shadowing agents to learn more about the agriculture industry and Extension outreach.

Whether she’s helping behind the scenes or learning something new in the field, Cameron is excited to continue growing her knowledge and experience throughout her internship.

Kesha serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Lancaster County Clemson Extension Office and is usually the first friendly face you’ll see when visiting our office or the first voice you’ll hear when you call.

With years of office management experience and a longtime passion for 4-H and youth development, Kesha helps keep our office running smoothly while supporting programs that serve Lancaster County every day.

Outside the office, Kesha has been deeply involved in community service throughout South Carolina. Her heart for helping others and serving youth shines through in everything she does.

Elizabeth serves as Clemson Extension’s Rural Health & Nutrition Agent in Lancaster County, helping connect individuals and families with practical, research-based health and wellness education. From diabetes education programs to school wellness initiatives, Elizabeth is passionate about helping our community live healthier lives.

She works closely with local schools, families, and community partners to bring wellness resources and educational opportunities directly to Lancaster County.

Steve works with youth and families across Lancaster County through Clemson Extension’s 4-H program, coordinating clubs, camps, school enrichment programs, livestock projects, shooting sports, and leadership opportunities
Passionate about youth development and hands-on learning, Steve enjoys helping young people discover new interests, build confidence, and develop life skills that will serve them well in the future.

Whether he’s leading a camp, supporting local 4-H members, or encouraging students to try something new, Steve is dedicated to helping Lancaster County youth grow into confident leaders.

Brian serves as Clemson Extension’s Area Livestock & Forages Agent, working with producers across Lancaster and surrounding counties. From beef cattle and forage production to pesticide safety education and livestock management, Brian helps connect local producers with practical, research-based solutions.

When he’s not working with farmers and landowners, you’ll probably find him supporting agricultural events and helping strengthen Lancaster County’s agricultural community.
