High Steel Structures is one of the largest structural steel fabricators in North America.
High Steel fabricates a wide range of structural steel bridge components and offers supplemental fabrication services of heavy building girders and weldments to a variety of industries. The company's four fabrication facilities, located in Lancaster and Williamsport, Pennsylvania, are centrally located to major market areas and include complete blast and sophisticated paint operations.

🌉 High Steel was proud to support the next generation of bridge engineers at the 2026 Student Steel Bridge Competition (SSBC) National Finals in El Paso.

High Steel Structures is proud to announce its first on the job certification under the new Certification Program, marking an important milestone in our in-house training and workforce development initiative.
High Steel fabricator Colin Heffner (center) is certified as a Manual Girder Builder. He is pictured alongside Plant Manager Mike Brunozzi (left) and Supervisor Mike Slein (right).
This achievement was made possible through the guidance of Dan Pryor, who served as Colin’s mentor and coach, and Zeb Robinson, his lead (both not pictured). Their commitment to cross training and excellence underscores the strength of our team.

On Thursday, April 23, High Steel Structures welcomed the morning and afternoon freshman classes from the Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology Advanced Welding & Fabrication program. 🧑🏭
Students got hands‑on experience welding a souvenir “h” using the FCAW process, followed by a fl**ge splice weld with the SAW process in High Steel University. Afterward, they toured our Lancaster facilities to see our work in action.
A big thank you to all the High Steel Structures employees who helped make these tours a success! 👏
