Thank you for the incredible response to our Community Safety & Wellness Fair! We have officially filled all of our available food truck spaces for this year’s event.

But we’re still accepting vendors!

We’d love to hear from:

• Community organizations & nonprofits
• Local businesses
• Craft vendors

There are NO vendor fees; participation is donation-based only.

Join us Friday, September 11 from 4–9 PM at Iron Ridge Fire Rescue for an evening focused on health, safety, community connections, and family fun.

Iron Ridge Fire Rescue is collecting new school supplies to help ensure children in our community have the tools they need for a successful school year. Every backpack, notebook, box of crayons, and pack of pencils helps a local family.

First, first due working fire, under Iron Ridge Fire Rescue.

Apartment Fire | Box 76-04

Yesterday, following LCWC’s pre-alert for a reported building fire in the area of Marietta Avenue, Engine 7-1 responded with four personnel prior to dispatch.

Engine 7-1 arrived as the first due engine, established a primary water supply, and placed a 1¾-inch crosslay in service to quickly knock down an exterior fire on the Bravo side of the building. Engine 7-6 arrived as the second due engine, secured the primary water supply at the hydrant, and advanced a secondary handline to protect the first floor. Rescue 7, staffed with four personnel, arrived as the third due special service and completed a primary search of the first floor.

Iron Ridge Fire Rescue committed more than 20 members to the incident, with crews operating for approximately one hour before returning to service.

Command was held by Deputy 7 and Assistant 7-2.

Help Us Fill a Fire Truck for Local Students!

Iron Ridge Fire Rescue is collecting new school supplies to help local students start the school year with the tools they need to succeed.

Most needed items include backpacks, notebooks, folders, pencils, crayons, glue sticks, dry-erase markers, markers, and pencil cases.

Donations will be accepted through August 16, 2026.

Collection bins are located outside the station entrances for quick and convenient drop-offs.
