That drive to be productive can hinder our ability to let go and delegate; and in the end that can cost us.

Bookkeeping and payroll is one of the easiest things to delegate, but many business owners hold on out of need to be "in it!"

We encourage small business owners to use services, like ours, to shift their energy, let go of the "busy" and refocus their time.

What is the #1 thing you would like to delegate away.

Frequently when chatting with small businesses, they focus heavily on their bank balance to tell them the "health" of the business. While cash on hand can be a good tool, it is not the full picture.

As a business owner you want to be looking at your Profit and Loss, your Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and your Balance Sheet on a regular basis. These reports will not only share with your "cash on hand" amounts, but your total financial picture
