Peace was the main theme for last evening’s sound meditation. Peace within, peace for our community, for our country, for our tiny planet. Intentions of peace and healing and unity. All the beautiful souls, their beautiful energies gathered and joined collectively. Waves of peace ~ ~ ~ gentle, soothing sounds to accompany us home to the love that dwells within our hearts and souls. For such a time as this, being more lovingly aware to not contribute to the division, hatred, and lack of peace around us. Next month’s meditation - Sound, Consciousness and Life - starts with a half hour mini-class touching on psychoacoustics and studies in psychoneuroimmunology as they relate to sound meditations. You will learn how a sound session can be beneficial, not only physically but as we navigate our life path with more conscious awareness. A full immersive sound meditation follows. Specifically chosen sounds from instruments will be shared from the hearts and hands of skilled, trained and competent facilitators to provide a transcendent, deeply peaceful experience. After she left, I began tackling the job of getting instruments, stands and other implements and decor ready and packed up to head to Harrisburg tomorrow. We will be setting up for the fabulous Spirit Of Oneness Holistic Expo which takes place Saturday and Sunday.

Finally got home at 4:00 but I didn’t want to get out of the car because Beethoven’s 9th just started, and this recording was by George Szell and the Cleveland Orchestra. Beethoven and Szell = heaven…… ♥️🙏🏼🎶 🥰

Happy Anniversary to us! 21 years together. Married for 16 on this date, on our dock over the lagoon at our home in Hilton Head. Time flies!

Lots going on at Soundwise. Kenneth-Michael offers his weekly sound meditation at noon. Monica finishes up her four week series tomorrow night. Sone of us have individual private and couples sessions scheduled. Oct.5-6 we’re in the Soirit of Oneness expo in Harrisburg. Lana is presenting a talk and sound immersion at 11am on Sunday at 11am. Lots going on at Soundwise. Today at noon Kenneth- Michael offers his weekly 40 minute sound meditation at noon. Tomorrow night Monica wraps up her 4 week series. Several of us have private individual and couples sessions scheduled. We’re in the Spirit of Oneness Expo Oct.5-6 in Harrisburg. I’m a workshop speaker there on Sunday morning at 11:00. The Second Sunday Sound session is Oct. 13 at 6:30pm in the beautiful, peaceful Soundwise Studio 263. Still room for you!
