Our 5 night, 20 person company trip has turned into 11 days so far. It’s been stocked full of adventure, good and bad. We started the trip with two of our group going into anaphylactic shock from a food allergy-they recovered, a great fishing trip, a canceled flight, tropical storm Gamma, a canceled excursion, another cancelled flight, another trip extension and preparing now for a direct hit from Category 4-5 hurricane Delta. We were able to send 6 people home on Sunday, but not so fortunate with the remaining 14 of us. I’m so appreciative of our team holding it together, the amazing strained staff and everything they are trying to do for us, the management and our team back home keeping the company running while we’re here. Please pray for us to remain safe and to safely return home on Friday. Survivor Warren Install version! Spanish word of the day: CUIDADO, it means Be/stay safe.

An installation coordinator's responsibilities include working with customers daily, entering job requests into the work order management system, scheduling of jobs and coordination of projects. It is our desire to have someone that has a great personality on and off the phone, is welcoming to customers and can be a team player. We also desire someone that is not looking to get by doing the minimums, but for a true shining star that wants to exceed their goals every day; someone that will not be satisfied unless they have gone above and beyond. If you are selected to come to an interview, please be aware that this process will take several interviews for us to get to know you and see if you will fit in the team.

Requirements:
Positive attitude.
Exceptional phone skills.
Exceptional organizational and filing skills
Ability to multi-task in stressful situations
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
Very strong positive communication skills
Independent self-starter ready to accept guidance and leadership
Solid computer skills including familiarity with MS Word, Excel and the Internet and email
Must be willing and able to work with a team and unsupervised at times.
Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus but not necessary.
Must be trustworthy and loyal
