Bench Mark Program

We are working to get therapists on site for anyone who needs someone to talk to, process what has happened, or simply have someone present with them during this difficult time.

We encourage our students and community members to reach out and access support as they need it🖤

Our Women’s Assembly Program had the wonderful opportunity to spend the afternoon at Gallery Grow Plant Bar for a beautiful “Pretty Is As Pretty Does” themed event!

Our girls learned the basics of creating a makeup look from Glam University Lancaster, PA, then got creative as they designed and constructed their own terrariums to take home.

We are incredibly grateful to the amazing women who poured their time, energy, and resources into creating such a meaningful experience for our girls. More than an afternoon of beauty and creativity, this event was a reminder that our girls are worthy of being seen, celebrated, supported, and poured into.

Representation matters. There is power in our girls seeing women who look like them investing in their growth, creating opportunities for them, and showing them what is possible.

What better way to inspire our girls than to show up, pour into them, and be actively involved in their success?

Yesterday, our students took on an ice plunge that challenged them not only physically, but mentally, too!

Before taking the plunge, students participated in meditative breathwork to help them ground themselves and prepare for the experience. It was so fun to watch them step outside their comfort zones while supporting, encouraging, and cheering each other on.

A special shoutout to one of our mentors, Elise, for planning and facilitating this experience.

This was a fun (and VERY cold 🥶) way to wrap up the summer!

BMP family, we’ll be closed tomorrow for Labor Day. We’ll reopen Tuesday from 5 PM–8 PM.
