We are servants of the Mystery. We were put here on earth to act as agents of the Infinite, to bring into existence that which is not yet, but which will be, through us.

Every breath we take, every heartbeat, every evolution of every cell comes from God and is sustained by God every second, just as every creation, invention, every bar of music or line of verse, every thought, vision, fantasy, every dumb-ass flop and stroke of genius comes from that infinite intelligence that created us and the universe in all its dimensions, out of the Void, the field of infinite potential, primal chaos, the Muse.

To acknowledge that reality, to efface all ego, to let the work come through us and give it back freely to its source, that, in my opinion, is as true to reality as it gets.”

Creativity is a fundamentally inefficient process. It entails a lot of dead ends, failure, and constructive conflict—when you’re doing it right.

"When a cat falls out of a tree, it lets go of itself. The cat becomes completely relaxed, and lands lightly on the ground. But if a cat were about to fall out of a tree and suddenly make up its mind that it didn’t want to fall, it would become tense and rigid, and would be just a bag of broken bones upon landing.
In the same way, it is the philosophy of the Tao that we are all falling off a tree, at every moment of our lives. As a matter of fact, the moment we were born, we were kicked off a precipice, and we are falling, and there is nothing that can stop it.
So instead of living in a state of chronic tension, and clinging to all sorts of things that are actually falling with us because the whole world is impermanent, be like a cat."

Vaginal Healing. V***a mapping. Not actually a woo practice, despite my sitting on a vibrating sound box.

Fact: We often feel pain in our body, an increase of symptoms because our brains (they control the pain, sensation, muscles and organ function) - are unfamiliar with that body part.

Simply: Often, we feel pain because we do not have a clear map to that body part.

When you have a #prolapse, #trauma #pelvicpain, hypertonic #pelvicfloor - you are most likely ALSO feeling increased stress and symptoms due to a lack of a strong map to your pelvic floor.

You easily wiggle your fingers in a variety of ways. Did you know your cl****is also wags? So does a p***s.

Can you wag your cl****is? Or pull your a**s forward to your va**na slowly with control? Or wag your tailbone forward and back? And side to side?

Or slowly release a pretend grape from your lower belly into your va**na on the count of 8?

Those are ESSENTIAL functions that a majority of people have lost - an unclear clear brain map.

And that is a shame. Because 1/3 of people with a v***a have pelvic floor issues. One in 3.

That is a lot of pelvic floor disconnect.

I bet very few of those people have been given ANY tools to feel connected to and empowered by their v***a.

Layer on the shame around exploring our v***a, #va**na and perineum and we have a perfect storm of disconnect.

💡Sensual pleasure that is NOT sexual is incredibly healing.

And when we DO explore our pelvic floor, it is with probes, va**nal wands, kegel apps, ultradsounds, prompts to squeeze, contract, tighten. So scripted. “The doctors says...”

How about non sexual self massage for the v***a? It is not only SAFE but healthy!

Let stop making everything about the #v***a sexual. Let’s normalize it and strip it of the narrative. A narrative that just promotes pain and dysfunction.

Healing your pelvic floor DOES require a connection to it.

This is a phenomenal practice to do alongside your other #pelvicfloorexercises

❤️You deserve that relationship to your body. 05/18/2023
