Meet Executive Assistant, Donna Ogborn, who has been at Graham for 13 years.

⭐ What does a typical day look like for you? I don’t think I have a typical day – since I’m in a support role, things that are currently happening or happening in the near future dictate my day.

⭐What do you enjoy most about your job? The people – Graham has some amazing people and I am so lucky to be able to meet and work with so many of them (and sing karaoke with some 😉)!

⭐What’s something people might not expect about what you do? My role is behind the scenes, so as long as I do my job well, it’s kind of hard to see what I do, things just work – I find people are surprised to learn some of things I do.

⭐What are you most proud of in your work? I think that I have become a go-to person. I have worked hard to earn trust that I will get a job done and knowledge with friendliness so people aren’t hesitant to ask me any questions.

⭐Anything else you’d like to share about your team or role? I am lucky to have a job that I love, with a great supervisor in Lisa Santin, and look forward to all the future of Graham holds!

This facility is one of the largest plastic recycling facilities in the Northeast U.S.

Currently, we're converting approximately 300 million milk jugs/year into bottle-grade PCR.

Meet our Corporate Environmental Health & Safety Manager, Dan McNamara, who has been at Graham for five years.

⭐ What does a typical day look like for you?
A typical day for me is usually spent supporting our plants around the globe in ongoing environmental requirements or being physically in the plant leaders performing audits, conducting training or assisting with project work activities.

⭐ What do you enjoy most about your job?
I enjoy getting the opportunity to work with all of the leaders at our plants. I have been able to develop great relationships with many people within plant operations and that trust has allowed us to accomplish great things together.

⭐What’s something people might not expect about what you do?
Environmental compliance is not a “one size fits all” type of system. Each country, state, and even local region has their own requirements that need to be met.

⭐What are you most proud of in your work?
Starting our company-wide ISO 14001 journey in 2025 was a massive undertaking that the Cartersville team and I were able to cap off with achieving certification. The best part about this process is that it will make all of our plants better performers when it comes to environmental compliance.

⭐Anything else you’d like to share about your team or role?
While the Corporate EH&S Team is a small but mighty group, we are always here to help provide assistance and guidance where needed!

Ryan’s dedication and leadership continue to make a meaningful impact on both quality and operations. From stepping in on scheduled days off to support the team, to leading training and helping onboard new hires, he consistently goes above and beyond.

He also plays an important role in driving improvements, supporting key initiatives, and mentoring newer operators—always willing to step up and share his knowledge when it’s needed most.

Ryan, your commitment, teamwork and passion for quality set the standard. Thank you for everything you do and for being a role model for others. 👏
