Well, this was a first for Club members. On Friday three pilots decided to fly their turbines at the exact same time. The next day on Saturday, two pilots were able to fly their turbines relatively close to one another with some formation flying.

103mph!!! The only smoke we have seen is from the wildfires.

Members of the LCRCC control line squadron are trying to get Ron’s Wittman Special team race plane over 100mph this morning. The smoke from the Canadian fires are making for an interesting environment.
It’s about time we had two nice days back to back to do some serious flying.

Beautiful morning for some powered glider flying. 75F, barely any wind and the field to myself.
Our Annual Fallen Friends and Fun Fly was held today. With 15 to 18 mph sustained winds up to 30 mile an hour gusts. It was quite an event! Everybody had a blast.

Well...those crazy Ukie Squadron guys were at it today !! They flew their new Electric Sport Goodyear Racers. And even tested some new engines on the 'bench'. Nice going guys !!!
