Now Hiring: Laborer / Fence Installer!

Absolute Fencing is looking for a reliable, hardworking Laborer/Installer to join our team full-time. No fencing experience? No problem! We are willing to train the right person who shows up ready to work and learn.

Responsibilities:
- Set up job sites for fence installation
- Dig post holes and assist with installation
- Run concrete
- Stage and organize materials
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Assist the installation crew with daily tasks

What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license required
- No previous fencing experience required, we will train
- Focused and dependable
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing and able to handle physically demanding work
- Ready to tackle challenges and get the job done as a team

Position Details:
- Full-time, year-round work
- Typical hours: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Some days may run longer depending on the job
- Starting pay: $19–$22/hour based on experience

We're looking for someone who isn't afraid of hard work and takes pride in being part of a team. Fence installation can be physically challenging, so a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to push through tough days are a must!
