An unforgettable evening last night at 401 Prime Steakhouse — whisky, wagyu, and pure culinary craftsmanship.
Chef Colin created a multi-course whisky-paired menu that brought every detail to life, from the richness of the wagyu to the depth and character of each pour. Every course felt intentional, elevated, and perfectly balanced.
A huge thank you to Chef Colin and the 401 Prime team for an incredible dinner experience. Nights like this are exactly what great food, great whisky, and great company are all about. 🥃🥩
