Lancaster’s bartenders brought serious creativity, craftsmanship, and flavor to the VeloCity⚡️2026 rooftop! Our panel of professional industry judges selected this year’s Top Three Winners, while VeloCity VIP guests cast their ballots for the People’s Choice Award.

🥇 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘: Sam Costello | Proof of Lancaster
Sam took the top prize with “Meloney Zamboni,” combining watermelon juice, Disketto Amaro, canary melon juice infused with mint, and cane sugar liqueur. The winning creation received an extra honor when Mayor Jaimie Arroyo proclaimed it the Official Cocktail of Lancaster City!

🥈 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘: Lindsay Miller | Belvedere Inn
“Meet Me in the Meadow” brought nature and a little magic to the rooftop with green bean-infused gin, house-made herbal liqueur and amaro, and green apple-sage tea simple syrup.

🥉 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐃 𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄: Elijah Bickel | 401 PRIME
Elijah’s “Prime and Punishment” featured aged gin, Disketto Amaro, watermelon, homemade IPA simple syrup, and clarified Greek yogurt.

🏆 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘’𝗦 𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘: Jimmy Vega | 551 West
VeloCity VIP guests chose Jimmy’s “Isla 717,” a tropical creation featuring spiced rum, KOTA pandan liqueur, fresh mango and papaya juices, coconut water, sugarcane syrup, and Himalayan saline.
