Did you hear? This year, we've made quite a few exciting changes to Family Faith Formation, including our material for Seek! For Seek (revised!), we will be utilizing the Rescue Project, a video series by Fr. John Riccardo of ACTS XXIX. We've also adjusted the number of At-Church Sessions, putting more emphasis on At-Home Family Meetings and giving families more flexibility with material and schedule.

Ember Days are days of prayer and thanksgiving observed four times a year at the start of each season. Traditionally marked by prayer, fasting, and gratitude, they invite us to thank God for the gifts of creation, pray for the Church (especially those preparing for ordination), and realign our hearts with the rhythm of the seasons.

Ember Friday, May 29:
6:30pm - *Brown Scapular Enrollment (Chapel)
7:30pm - Mass (Main Church)
8pm-9pm - Adoration and Confessions (Main Church)

With over double the number of our parishioners at this year’s VA March for Life, we gathered with over 1000 marchers in Richmond, VA, to stand and be a voice for the voiceless.

Bishop Burbidge, along with Bishop Knestout and several other speakers, emphasized the importance of opposing the reproductive rights amendment to the Virginia Constitution that will appear on ballots statewide on November 3.

This year, The Family Foundation is sponsoring an opportunity for training to learn more about defeating the abortion amendment at the polls. Following the March, at 12:30pm, there will be four training tracks: Students (High School and College Only), Church/Ministry Leadership and Pastors, Medical/Pregnancy Help Professionals, and Pro-Life Citizen/Community Engagement.
