Alpha Management Partners has been awarded a new construction development in North Augusta, South Carolina situated along the river and near the Augusta Nationals! This midrise community feature 315 units and consist of one- and two-bedroom apartments with retail spaces on ground level. Additionally, residents will enjoy community-wide high-speed Wi-Fi and an array of other amenities.

Today, as we celebrate AMP’s 9th Year Anniversary, we’re announcing the awarding of two projects Crofthouse West Cobb and Chastain Hill. These two garden-style community feature 315 and 296 luxury conventional units in North Augusta, South Carolina and Powder Spring, GA. We’re thrilled to be expanding our footprint back into South Carolina with a beautiful community!

This new lease-up communities both consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Both communities offer two distinct designer finish packages with modern gourmet kitchens featuring an Island or peninsula with honed granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, unique tile backsplashes, vaulted ceilings, as well as warm plank style wood flooring throughout. Additionally, residents will enjoy community-wide high-speed Wi-Fi.
