When someone is fighting one of the toughest battles of their life, those small moments of love can bring comfort, strength, and even a much-needed smile on a really hard day.

Never underestimate the power of reaching out. You may think it’s just a little message—but to someone who is struggling, it can mean everything. 💕🙏

That’s what Dena’s Divas is all about: showing up, lifting each other up, and making sure no one fights alone.

💕 Dena’s Divas — Packing a Little Love & Comfort 💕

Today I’m packing a care package to brighten a friend’s day as she begins her journey with IV chemotherapy. 🎀

When someone you love is facing treatment, sometimes you don’t know what to say or what you can possibly do to help. But a bag filled with a few thoughtful comfort items is one small way to say:

You are loved. You are supported. And you are not walking through this alone. 💗

The items I chose were based on recommendations I’ve received from other women who have been through chemotherapy themselves — little things they said helped make treatment days and the days afterward a bit more comfortable.

Arrr… even pirates have a mission! 🏴‍☠️

Last night, Dena’s Divas traded our crowns for pirate hats to remind everyone that while we can have a little fun along the way, our fight against cancer never takes a night off. Every smile, every laugh, and every moment together is another reminder that no one should have to battle cancer alone.

Arrr, cancer… ye must walk the plank! 💗

Cancer may be tough, but so are Dena’s Divas. 💕

One day at a time, we’re doing everything we can to help put cancer under arrest. In the meantime, we took a little break from the fight to channel our best Miami Vice at Ladera Ranch’s 80s Night. 🌴😎

Laughter, friendship, and moments like these refill our cups so we can keep showing up for the women who need us most. Because no one should ever have to face cancer alone.

💖 Sometimes the biggest impact isn’t made from a stage… it’s made by simply showing up.

Yesterday, Dena’s Divas proudly represented hope, strength, and the reminder that no woman should ever face cancer alone. Every smile, every wave, and every conversation was an opportunity to let someone know they’re seen, they’re supported, and they’re never fighting by themselves.

Cancer may change a diagnosis, but it should never take away a person’s dignity, hope, or community. That’s what Dena’s Divas is all about—walking beside women through some of life’s toughest moments with compassion, encouragement, and love.

Today is both National Best Friends Day and National Cancer Thriver Day, and I can’t think of a better person to celebrate than my beautiful friend, Dena.

For years, you’ve faced every challenge with a strength that inspires me, a grace that amazes me, and just the right amount of sass that makes everyone around you smile. Through the laughter, the adventures, the tears, and the countless memories, I am grateful for every moment we’ve shared.

Thank you for your friendship, your courage, and for reminding all of us what it means to truly live each day to the fullest.
