Our last free market 8/29/2026 we served nineteen people! We gave away:

Clothes and shoes
Hygiene packs, soap, shampoo, razors
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash
Sunscreen and Period Products
Narcan and fentynol test strips
Peanut butter and jelly sandwichs
Cold waters

Items requested of us that day:

Nail clippers
New socks and underwear
Tarps
Dog and cat food
Towels and blankets
Band aids and medical supplies

We need your help with those! We accept reviewed donations at our Perris library public meeting Sept 26 from 2:30-4:30.

As MAGA continues to attack, we continue to perform.

After a recent win protecting the right to perform drag shows in Texas, we’re fighting to support communities in:

• TENNESSEE. The Supreme Court refused to hear a challenge to Tennessee’s drag ban, leaving the law in place. The “Adult Entertainment Act” prohibits drag performances on public property or in locations where a minor could view the performance if it is deemed “harmful to minors.”

• FLORIDA. An appeals court upheld a Florida ban on children attending drag performances. The Protection of Children Act authorizes fines and penalties for venues that admit children to drag shows — even with parental consent.

• MONTANA. Montana became the first state to ban drag performers from reading to children in schools and libraries. H.B. 359 now bans minors from attending drag performances.
