Roasted poblano chiles filled with 40 delicious ingredients, including organic grass-fed ground beef, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and aromatic spices, then topped with a delicate walnut sauce. A beautiful and very traditional Mexican dish that carries so much history, love, and pride. ❤️🇲🇽
