Just finished the stitching and removed it from the longarm!!! I’m going to do some more painting on the fabric surface to create more details and visual depth.

I’m painting the Sky on this art quilt made of fabric with Pebeo Seta Color transparent Textile Paints.

Working back and forth on these two. “Mountain Meadow” on the longarm, “Whispers of Georgia” on the design wall for painting of shadows and small details.

“Whispers of Georgia” is now up on my design wall. I started this one a few years back. I can work on this one when I need a break from working on the longarm. It’s approximately 33”x46”.

“Mountain Meadow” is on the longarm, with a nice view of “Sunset Reflections”!

“Mountain Meadow” is ready to go on the longarm! It’s an art quilt (fused appliqué, enhanced with transparent textile paints), based on my photo taken in Rocky Mountain National Park. It is approximately 42”x 33”.

I’m back to working on this mountain meadow quilt. I’ve done some painting but will be doing more to add more shadows. I’m getting ready for a duel show with .mccauley this Fall at the Old Bakery Emporium Art Gallery in Austin.

I believe it’s done! I added the pink flowers since the previous post. Just need to put sealer on it. It’s on an 8x8” canvas. Paper collage, inks and paint. $125

I’m finishing up a mixed media piece that I started last year before I broke my wrist.
