Gary Butler, Realtor

My name is Gary Butler and I serve clients in the greater Fredericksburg area which includes the counties of Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Caroline, Westmoreland, and Richmond. I specialize in King George County which I have called home since 1959. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1992 and also have a Class A Contractor’s License. I have represented many buyers having their houses built by our quality builders. Having a background in building, I am uniquely qualified to protect your investment in the largest purchase you will ever make. My specialty is LAND. I was a Director of Sales for two large National Developers for many years. Many agents come to me for advice when they have a land listing. My experience gives me the knowledge of what to look for when picking a building lot or large acreage. Of course, I list and sell houses for my clients. I am a throwback agent, meaning I still go to all inspections and protect my client’s interests. I go the extra mile. No one outworks me. When the septic is dug up and pumped, I am there. When the home inspection is being performed, I am there. I look out for you every step of the process. http://www.garybutler.net
