If you are unaware of what macarons are they are light and fluffy cookies, made with almond flour, egg white and sugar. The cookies, which melt in your mouth like cotton candy, are sandwiched together with an amazing creame packed with an explosion of flavor. Once you try one of these small French treats you will be hooked!
