Paulie Bakes! Established in 2001 A custom cake shop, Paulie Bakes, started by Paulie and Steven in 2001.
We are still Paulie Bakes but due to computer searching we changed our name to Key West Cakes. We are still the same business and owners and with your continued patronage we hope to be for many years to come. WE ALSO MAKE A WIDE VARIETY OF CUPCAKES cinnamon buns, cookies, sliced cake. We have dinners to go, lasagne, baked ziti, chicken pot pies, and a different entree selection weekly.

We are still open on White Street, our moving process has been very painful and full of construction delays but we are still hopeful that we'll be opening the new location soon 😌

Due to a shortage of pot in key west, we will not be serving chicken pot pie this week. Hopefully by next week we will have our pot pie tins back in stock.
