“What The Heck Is This? What Can I Make With It?” is a fun, hands-on exploration of unfamiliar ingredients, seasonal produce, spices, and pantry staples. Learn what they are, how to use them, and simple ways to bring new flavors into your kitchen.

This summer, we’re excited to bring new classes, creative workshops, and engaging experiences to our community all season long.
Beginning in June, Chef Martha Hubbard launches her new culinary discovery series, “What The Heck Is This? What Can I Make With It?” — a fun and approachable class exploring unfamiliar ingredients, seasonal produce, spices, and pantry staples to help inspire confidence in the kitchen.
We’re also excited to welcome new Spanish language workshops and a new sewing workshop series with Suely Moura in June!
