How many days are you getting in?
Iโve got an east snack recipe for you today.
Avocado Mash-Up
(makes 2 servings)
โ 1 avocado, cut in half and seed removed
โ 1 tsp coconut aminos
โ 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
โ Dash of sriracha (optional)
โ 1 tsp sesame seeds
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut aminos and sriracha. Pour half over each half of the avocado.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and mash the avocado, and eat out of the shell.
Thatโs it. Enjoy!
TIP: If youโre going to only eat 1 serving ... wrap up the other half other avocado tightly in cling wrap BEFORE adding the liquid and store in the fridge for one day.
When youโre ready to eat, just add the amino mixture and mash it up.

Whoop whoop! 10 lbs of weight loss in 3 weeks for one client. Eating protein in the morning, eating lunch, eating dinner, eating veggies, doing one to two protein shakes per day, bringing healthy snacks to work, grocery shopping and cooking, sticking to a calorie range- along with a protein, carb, and fat range. Some simple changes to oneโs habits and finding some solutions for individual obstacles can go a long way. So happy to see someone making great progress, while still being able to live their life and not feel like they are working too hard.
