Meet Amber Trares, our VP of Professional Relations!

Amber is a senior Public Relations major with a minor in Nonprofit Studies. She works to connect our members with networking, professional development and career-building opportunities throughout the year.

Students from Kent PRSSA had the opportunity to hear from David Bemmer of Marcus Thomas as he shared the strategy and impact behind the SpineScreen campaign for Akron Children’s Hospital.

From creative storytelling to purpose-driven messaging, this campaign showed how PR can make a real difference in people’s lives. 💡
