☀️ Heat Wave Alert! ☀️
Kicking off the week with some sizzling temps! Beat the heat: sip water all day (not just when you're thirsty) and keep yourself cool to avoid heat-related illness.
Check out these hot weather safety tips:
-Air conditioning. If you don't have air conditioning in your home, spend time in air-conditioned public facilities.
-Limit outdoor activity, especially midday when the sun is the hottest.
-Wear loose, lightweight, light-colored clothing.
-Limit the use of the stove or oven.
Stay cool, stay safe, and keep hydrated! 💧😎
