For children who have experienced trauma, loss, or uncertainty, having caring adults who offer patience, understanding, and consistency can make a lasting difference.

Today is a reminder that mental health deserves the same care and attention as physical health. Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is simply show up, listen, and remind someone they are not alone.
