We are excited to announce that Spark is moving!! 🎉 You can find us this fall in the shiny, new Design Innovation Hub on campus, located between the Center for Visual Arts and the Honors College's Stopher-Johnson complex. With this move we not only relocate, but also officially transform into "SparkLab" - a makerspace run by Kent State Design Innovation. You will recognize a number of our friendly faces from Spark Innovation Studio as well as meet a new crew of cross-disciplinary innovators. We cannot wait to be a part of such a fresh, collaborative environment! Come see us this fall! We look forward to welcoming you to the new building.

About the Design Innovation Hub:

The Design Innovation (DI) Hub operates as an open-access collaborative maker and innovation accelerator environment. The DI Hub is part of a larger Design Innovation Initiative at Kent State to activate a community of inquisitive people and facilitate cross-disciplinary communication and problem-solving capacities. In addition to a collaborative environment, the DI Hub hosts prototyping and production tools that complement other academic DI Nodes across the university.
