We have a new fitness class coming to Rooted called Sittercise. This is a gentle, chair-based fitness class designed specifically for seniors. Each session includes a variety of guided movements, light stretching, and simple exercises - all while seated comfortably in a chair.. Perfect for all fitness levels, including those with limited mobility, Sittercise helps seniors stay active, increase energy, reduce stiffness, and support independence in a safe, supportive, and social environment.

Our friends from Redemption Chapel hosted its 3rd annual Memorial Day cookout with the residents of Tower 43!
The menu included burgers, extra well-done hotdogs (just the way the residents like them 😉), delicious sides, and plenty of desserts to go around. More than anything, it was a beautiful evening filled with laughter, conversation, and meaningful time together over a shared meal.
We’re so thankful for the opportunity to build relationships and make memories with this special community each year. ❤️
