And performance doesn’t mean much if your body can’t hold up.

My goal has never been to wear athletes down. It’s to help them become stronger, more resilient, and more prepared than when they first walked through the door.

Everything else is secondary.

Most people are training without really understanding how their body moves.

Functional strength training is about building strength through movement patterns that carry over into everything you do inside the gym and outside of it.

At Clockwork, that means:
→ Moving better before adding more weight
→ Finding the weak links that are limiting your progress
→ Building strength without constantly fighting aches and pains
→ Following a plan built around your body, your goals, and your starting point

More effort isn't always the answer.

If an athlete can’t control the movement, adding more weight isn’t building strength.

It’s building compensation.
And eventually, that shows up somewhere.

The knee starts caving.
The back starts taking over.
The shoulder starts feeling off.
The form changes every rep.

That’s why youth training has to be about more than making athletes tired or loading the bar just because they can.

They need to learn how to move well first.

Our Youth Summer Sessions are designed around the same principles we apply to every athlete we work with: mechanics first, movement quality before load, and coaching that connects the dots between what they're doing and why it matters.
