This was the fanciest bagel with lox I've ever had (and possibly the most expensive 😂). It was yummy and it was during a lovely birthday brunch for my mother-in-laws 90th birthday.

Happy Saturday!!! What's everyone up to today? Rain is in our forecast today but that doesn't stop us here in Oregon... that's what makes things grow so well here! So, I'll be mowing the grass and weeding later... 😂
