It's been a busy couple of weeks. Graduations along with a birthday order.

The chemistry to make red and royal blue icing. It is nowhere as easy as it sounds.

Oh my goodness friends. I tried an experiment today and they are so yummy!

These are croissants filled with Dubai filling and chocolate chip cookies dough!

Dubai filling is toasted Katafi and pistachio cream.

Once baked, I added chocolate drizzle and chopped pistachios.

I love rolled buttercream. Looks like fondant but is actually buttercream frosting!!
