With the combined knowledge, experience, and passion these two outstanding coaches bring to the field, along with the support of several other dedicated coaches within the organization, this team will have access to exceptional instruction and player development opportunities.

Their shared commitment to teaching the game the right way, developing strong fundamentals, and helping young athletes grow both on and off the field will create an environment where players can reach their full potential. 💙💚 One More Championship Game Team to Celebrate! 💙💚

The Reapers 9U Ortman team made another trip to the Championship Game this weekend!

These young ballplayers battled through pool play, finishing 1-1 before putting together an incredible Sunday run, going 3-0 and earning their win in the championship. Their determination, teamwork, and growth were on full display all weekend long.

While this season may have come to an end, their story is only beginning. Most of these boys now have two full years of Reaper training under their belts, and the development has been amazing to watch. The confidence, baseball IQ, athleticism, and toughness continue to grow with every season.

If two years of hard work has produced this kind of progress, we can’t wait to see what these young athletes look like after year three.

These young boys continue to prove that being coachable, putting in the reps, trusting the process, and staying determined leads to excellence.

Making four straight Championship Game appearances is an incredible accomplishment by itself and a testament to the hard work these players, coaches, and families have invested. While they fell just short of their fourth consecutive tournament championship, there is absolutely nothing to hang their heads about. A Runner-Up finish against strong competition is something to be extremely proud of.

What stands out most about this group isn’t just the wins—it’s their attitude, effort, and willingness to learn. They show up ready to work, support one another, and continue getting better every single week.

Great job, boys! The future is incredibly bright, and this is definitely a group everyone will want to keep a close eye on. The journey is just getting started, and there are plenty more exciting moments ahead for these young Reapers!

💙💚 Another Championship Game Appearance this time for the Reapers 13U Ortman! 💙💚

What a weekend of baseball and perseverance!

From a late start and late-night games on Friday, to an early first pitch Saturday, and then an unforgettable Sunday that included bracket play, a lengthy rain delay, a semifinal victory, and a Championship Game that kept us at the park until midnight, these boys never stopped competing.

Now it’s time to reload and hit the road. Good luck to these boys as they head to Nebraska later this week for their next challenge. Keep working, keep believing, and keep representing the Reapers the right way!
