Meet Bruce and Bruce Jr Franklin. Family of 5 from Prescott, AZ. Whike visiting our beautiful towm of Kanab stumbled upon our foor truck yesterday. They witnessed first hand the interaction with a bitter "vegetarian" customer. They LOVED their 100% beef burgers, were super kind, generous; and each one left is a VERY kind review.
SURPRISE!!!! they decided to make our burger truckvtgeir stop for food on their way back home! We are truly humbled by the multiple families we've seen twice in a weekend! Record!

If you know who that is, you probably had some of the best meals in all of Utah. He blows Michelin star restaurants in Vegas out of the water with his technique, flavour combinations and thought put into creating a curated, simple and honest menu.
That is CHEF Indy, from Water Canyon Winery. The only Chef we call chef, yet he does not force you to call him that, as his ego does not get in the way, and is one of the most hospitable Chefs we've ever encountered.
He is absolutely going places with his innate talent, and superb technique.
So humbled to have this amazing Utah family stopping by!
