Point Arbor Inc. is still building and selling homes. Our model home is not open during its normal hours due to COVID-19 recommendations, but we are able to do live-video tours with the builder on multiple platforms. Message if you are interested.

Open House is on:
Mondays 8 m until noon
Wednesdays 3 pm until 6:30 pm
Fridays 3 pm until 6:30 pm
Saturdays 10 am until 2 pm

This home has SOLD. The buyer was wise and chose our whole house air conditioning upgrade! We also SOLD the four houses on Bluebell along the park. We have begun excavation on lots 6-8 (lot 8 is SOLD). We will start on lots 9-16 next week!!

Both of our current Aspen homes sold (lot 25 - pictures here and lot 20 pictures posted last year). Lot 25 closes in May which will give us time to do some of the upgrades for the Buyer and it gives you time to come by and see the home staged. Pictures below (courtesy Green Kat Photography). There is one more Aspen home left on Lot 5 which is a corner lot on the park. The exterior is finished, and the interior will be complete by the end of April - ready to move in.
