Caramel sauce vs. caramel syrup - they're not the same thing.

Caramel syrup is thin and sweet, designed to mix seamlessly into your drink for even flavoring throughout.

Caramel sauce is thicker, richer, and more versatile. Creates those perfect drizzles you see here, but also adds deeper caramel flavor when mixed in. More indulgent, more complex taste.

We stock both because different drinks call for different approaches. And honestly? Some people just have strong preferences.

Each morning the wonderful Cere's Bakery drops off a fresh batch of pastries to go in our bakery case and they also make our scrumptious Ham, Egg, Cheese croissants and Ham & Swiss Croissants as well! We absolutely adore our local bakers and feel so lucky to get to partner with them and serve the delicious food we have here at Sable Coffee.

We were left this wonderful gift by an anonymous customer and we have proudly kept it on display on our merch table ever since we found it there. If you are the mysterious guest who left this fantastic post card THANK YOU! It definitely has brought us a chuckle or two :)

The ambiance of a coffee shop is impossible to beat when you're need to get your creative juices flowing. The background noise of people visiting, milk steaming, and coffee grinding. The smell of the fresh espresso being ground and pulled into beautiful shots. Even just the lighting and giving off that warm glow and watching people enjoy their favorite drinks with their favorite people is hard to beat.
