The kitchen is one of the most closely examined spaces in real estate photography.
Both buyers and Airbnb guests often start exploring a home by looking at the kitchen.

That’s why during the shoot we capture not only the overall view of the space, but also the details: countertops, lighting, textures, and the elements that create a sense of comfort and functionality.

For short-term rental properties this is especially important - guests want to understand how well the kitchen is equipped and how convenient it is for everyday use.

In this project, we aimed to present the kitchen in a way that shows not only its scale, but also its atmosphere.

For this project, we captured the key outdoor zones - from the pool and covered patio to the tennis court and other leisure areas - with an emphasis on atmosphere and detail.
