Chiropractic First, LLC.

📚Last week, Dr. Jozwiak traveled to Anchorage to attend the Alaska Chiropractic Society’s biannual chiropractic conference. 🏔️

She completed classes required for her license, learned some great new information, and had the opportunity to catch up with friends and fellow chiropractors from around the state. 🤝

We’re excited for her to bring what she learned back to the office and share some of the new information and ideas with our team and patients!

We love that Dr. J is always learning and growing so she can continue providing the best care possible to our Chiropractic First family! 💙

Happy Dolly Parton Day!

🍂🍁 Happy First Day of Fall! 🍁🍂

Fall has arrived in Southeast Alaska! 🌲🍃 Cooler temperatures, colorful trees, cozy days, and the beautiful changing seasons are here.

As we head into a new season, it’s a great time to keep moving, stay active, and take care of your body so you can enjoy everything Alaska has to offer. 💪🧡

Whether you’re hiking, walking, hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying the crisp fall air—make movement part of your day!

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and beautiful fall from all of us at Chiropractic First! 🧡

Happy Chiropractic Founders Day!

On September 18, 1895, the first chiropractic adjustment was performed by D.D. Palmer in Davenport, Iowa.

That moment marked the beginning of what would become the chiropractic profession—and today, we’re celebrating the history, the people, and the thousands of chiropractors who have continued that journey over the past 130+ years! 🙌

From that first adjustment in 1895 to 20 years of adjustments here at Chiropractic First, we’re proud to be part of the story. 💙

Here’s to better spines, better movement, and better lives! 👐✨

Reminder: Chiropractic First is closed today for Labor Day.

We hope you’re enjoying the long weekend! ☀️🌲 Take some time to relax, recharge, and enjoy this beautiful Alaska day.

We’ll see you tomorrow during our regular office hours!
