Emily and Courtney here – We are so excited to be facilitating a Professional Book Study of We Got This by 📚
As lifelong readers and leaders, we know the value of reading and learning together at the student level, but rarely do we get the chance to read and learn together as educators. These book studies are designed to create community and make connections with other educators.
While registration for this Professional Book Study is closed we invite you to read this spectacular book along with us. It's truly a gem!

Restorative practices include a set of structures and strategies that take a proactive, person-centered approach to school climate and discipline. While this training is often geared toward classroom teachers, it is most powerful when implemented school-wide, including with support staff and administrators. Extensions may also be added to train parents and community members.
Restorative Practices training allows school communities to:
Address the needs of the community
Build positive, healthy relationships
Reduce or prevent harmful behavior
Repair harm & restore positive relationships
Navigate conflict & create accountability
We have many ideas and strategies for how teachers and school communities can implement Restorative Practices. We look forward to working with you!
