Hi everyone!
My name is Alaina and I started this page because for the past year the Lord has been putting it on my heart to do this.
Since moving here in 2020 I have felt that Juneau churches are very disconnected and just have strongly wanted that to change. I want us all to be able to meet people from other churches and fellowship with them.
The Bible is clear how important unity of believers is and I think that it will be such an awesome time to get together once a month and pray together for our super cool city.

This page is meant to become a community of Jesus followers around Juneau coming together, wherever we are, to pray for, serve, and love our community of Juneau.

With So many different churches in Juneau it’s important for us all to remember that we are unified in Christ Jesus. In John 17:20-23, Jesus prays for believers to be united so that the world can see God’s love and mercy.
This page is meant to be a place for the people of Juneau to come together and pray for our city. Each month there will be a date, time, and place posted where anyone can come and we will pray for our city. Juneau is a hard place to hold events because of many traveling, demanding jobs, etc. So then, people who can’t make it to the event will be able to join in prayer during that time from wherever they are.
Ephesians 6:18 says “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

So then, let us exalt His name together and be a light in Juneau.
