Project Spotlight | St. Joseph's Medical Center Linac Replacement Project

We're proud to have completed our 3rd linear accelerator project of the year — this one at St. Joseph's Medical Center.

This design-build project involved the replacement of a Linear Accelerator (LINAC) system and the renovation of the surrounding treatment space, delivering a precise, patient-ready environment built for advanced care.

From specialized equipment coordination to the detailed finishes required in a healthcare setting, our team worked to meet the unique demands of an active medical facility.

Architect: FREEMAN ARCHITECTURE LTD

Engineers: Kovacs, Whitney & Associates, Inc.

Behind every finished space is a lot of work you don’t see. Our team is in the field getting the job done, from above the ceiling to the final punch list.

Today marks the final day of DoDIIS 2026 in Tampa, FL!

We’ve had an incredible three days connecting with industry professionals, building relationships, and learning from the best in the business.

A huge thank you to DoDIIS for having Mazzuca Contracting as a sponsor this year. We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an impactful event and can’t wait to be back next year!

Progress is taking shape. Every stud, every measurement, and every detail brings this project one step closer to completion.

Last week, the team at Fidelity Mechanical Services stopped by our office for a Lunch & Learn.

Thank you for treating our team to lunch while sharing your expertise and giving us a better understanding of your services. We always appreciate the opportunity to learn from our industry partners and strengthen the relationships that help make projects successful.

Excellence is in the details. Every wire, every connection, every step—built right the first time.

Every successful project starts long before construction begins.

From pre-construction planning and budgeting to scheduling, value engineering, and permit coordination, our team works to identify challenges early—helping projects stay on schedule and on budget.
