We’re in Hyattsville today, working on the installation of MI Windows at the City of Hyattsville City Building! This marks phase 1 of a 2-phase project, with curtainwall and storefront door installations coming up next. At Aeroseal, we take pride in our ability to collaborate with all types of clients and enhance all types of buildings, improving both curb appeal and performance. Project Spotlight: The Montebello Elementary/Middle School project in Baltimore, Maryland, involved a comprehensive renovation of a historic school property. As part of this project, Aeroseal was responsible for replacing over 300 existing windows with Graham Architectural Products aluminum window systems. These new windows were designed to replicate the style and light pattern of the original historic windows. In addition to the window replacement scope, our operations team installed new YKK AP Inc. aluminum storefront entrance systems throughout the campus.

TGIF Project Spotlight! We are excited to share completion photos from the Greenwich Place project in Warwick, RI. This project involved the replacement of 588 vinyl windows and 168 vinyl sliding glass doors across 168 occupied apartment units and the property's clubhouse. The new MI Windows and Doors truly stand out, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the complex. This initiative, led by the property owner, aimed to enhance energy efficiency and modernize the infrastructure of Greenwich Place.

We're excited to showcase one of our recently completed projects in Atlanta, GA. Our dedicated Southeast Operations team successfully installed 220 Northern Architectural Systems aluminum windows at the City View Apartments as part of a full property renovation completed by Roy Anderson Corp.

Preserving the rich history of Washington DC, today marks the completion of our latest historic project. Aeroseal delivered comprehensive solutions, overseeing every aspect from securing District of Columbia Department of Buildings Historic approval to seamless installation. With meticulous attention to detail, we replaced over 160 windows, adhering to EPA and Washington DC guidelines for lead-safe practices to prioritize occupant safety and environmental compliance. The windows were manufactured by Crystal Window & Door Systems, Ltd.

What a beautiful spring day in Frederick, Maryland! Aeroseal is making steady progress, working floor by floor to install over 400 windows and 100 patio doors across 80 apartment units.
