Shutterbug's Creations

Lots of art projects started this weekend and based several on this turtle I met (from a respectful distance) in Hawaii when we got to go a couple years ago. I don't tend to share pictures while I am away- but I have some fun ones I should dig out to share.

Before the wedding we did a tiny waterfall sight seeing adventure in the morning. I wish i had had a tripod with me, but I only had my back up camera so used Robert's keys and the existing rocks features as a tripod for long exposure waterfall shots.

Got to visit my mountains to photograph a wedding this weekend of Ann aka Amber & Justin. Gotta admit kinda proud of how these shots turned out. Evidently no one has thought to use the pond as a reflecting pool before - and the club was super impressed with the idea.

This bridge was not falling down despite songs about such. It is a very unassuming bridge. I actually did a lot of photo work to make this photo pop - original is in the comments if you would like to see before and after

I really loved the combo of shapes and colors int his shot- O added a B&W vs because sometimes that makes the shapes even more apparent Obviously still from the London photos

More London times- this time the British museum, which I spent a fraction of the time that I could have and was really inspired by there skylights/shadows in the hall near the gift shop.

While looking at my England photos I was reminded I met two very large Pelicans- just hanging in the park with their paparazzi . I didn't notice until I saw the photos after meeting them how red the tips of their beak are (mostly just noticed how BIG they were). I wonder if that is where the story of the pelican in its piety was inspired.

Who notorious for taking tons of photos and enjoys actually working on them- but doesn't always make time especially for her own trips and fun project- and then never shares them? This girl - who is gonna try to post more photos in 2024. This photos is from a trip to London last May.

Sometimes you have awesome friends that you can say hey wanna put on a fancy dress and take pictures outside of a grocery store cause the trees are just awesome today. And you have a fabulous time and get fabulous pictures.
