"Providing Care"

Those are the two words Donna chose to describe her calling. Before Kingdom Circle, she describes herself as "looking for a place of service" and unsure where God was leading. Through the class, she discovered that her purpose wasn't something she needed to go find. It was already present in the relationships God had placed around her.

"The assessments helped me better understand my gifts and purpose," Donna shared. Through conversations around the table, she gained clarity about where her focus should be and found confidence to move forward instead of remaining "stuck in the mire" of uncertainty.

That clarity she gained has already led to action. Donna has begun discipling her pre-teen granddaughters through weekly devotional conversations, invited her adult granddaughters to join a Bible Study together, and intentionally cared for friends and family members by helping with doctor's appointments and offering support during difficult seasons.

"Being available when needed" is how Donna describes the next step God is calling her to take. "This class has helped me feel confident in my calling and strengthened my faith by bringing clarity to a hazy time in my walk with the Lord. It is very exciting to see the Lord at work!"

Not every faith story begins in a church service.

For Emerlyn, it happened while praying alone at home. As she prayed, she asked Jesus to come into her heart and experienced a peace she still remembers.

As she continues growing in her faith, she's surrounded by a church family, teachers, and parents who have encouraged her along the way. We celebrate the work God is doing in your life, Emerlyn!

At 95 years old, Bill Campbell decided to be baptized.

Bill placed his faith in Jesus when he was 15 years old, but never had the opportunity to take this step. After reflecting on a recent sermon and considering what obedience to Christ looked like in his own life, one thing kept coming to mind: baptism.

This Sunday, surrounded by his church family, Bill publicly declared his faith through baptism.

When asked why he wanted to be baptized, Bill shared:

"When I meet Jesus, I want to be able to tell Him I did what He asked."

What a powerful reminder that it's never too late to take your next step with Jesus. Share this post to share this joy with others!

"Training Habits."

Those are the two words Pearce Brann discovered through Kingdom Circle that best describe the calling God has placed on his life. Before Kingdom Circle, Pearce knew every believer is called to make disciples, but he wasn't sure what made his own calling unique.

Through Kingdom Circle, God showed him that his mission field wasn't somewhere far away. It was right where his feet already were. As a high school student and football player, Pearce is surrounded every day by teammates who are walking through many of the same struggles he once faced. Through Christ, he now sees an opportunity to help others develop habits that honor the Lord and point them toward Jesus.

"I see myself as a vessel for Christ, not just a follower of Christ."

One of the biggest lessons Pearce learned through Kingdom Circle was that God wants to work where He's already placed us. Instead of wondering whether God had something significant for him in this season, Pearce began to recognize the opportunities for ministry all around him.

"I've been able to see areas where I can impact others every day of my life."

Since completing Kingdom Circle, Pearce has stepped into that calling by leading a summer Bible study with his football team and continuing to invest in his D-Group and student ministry. Rather than searching for purpose, Pearce now walks with a renewed confidence that God is already at work through him.

"Kingdom Circle strengthened my sense of purpose and helped me see how God can use me right where I am."

As he looks ahead, Pearce believes God is continuing to call him to walk in obedience and step out in boldness for Christ wherever He leads.

Sometimes the most beautiful faith stories are the simplest ones.

During our Easter service, Ikie was listening as the story of Jesus was shared. Even though she had been told not to talk during the service, she urgently tapped her mom on the shoulder and said she wanted to be baptized. When asked why she wanted to take this step, her answer was simple: "To be closer to Jesus."

We're grateful for the people who have helped shape her faith and what a joy it was to celebrate her public declaration of her faith in Jesus! Let's celebrate Ikie in the comments!

Save the Date: Sustained Women's Staytreat | November 6-7

Keep an eye out for registration to open this week!

Women and girls (7th grade and up), join us for Sustained: God's Faithfulness in Every Season.

No matter what season you're walking through, God's faithfulness remains. Together, we'll spend a weekend pausing to remember His goodness, worshiping together, hearing stories of His faithfulness, and growing deeper in our walk with Christ.

We'll also be encouraged and equipped with practical tools to share the gospel, tell our stories, teach God's Word, and invest in the lives of others.

"Because of the LORD's faithful love we do not perish, for His mercies never end. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness!"
Lamentations 3:22-23
