Emergency Placement Needed! 🐾Today, a surprising discovery was made under the porch of a Tulsa home where the owner recently moved to assisted living. The homeowner’s daughter was checking on the house when she found a vulnerable mama cat and her 6 beautiful kittens! We need to act fast to get them into a secure environment. The daughter confirms that Mama is incredibly sweet, loving, and completely easy to pet. The kittens are eating on their own, as you can see. Fostering a mom and kittens is already rewarding, but having a friendly mama makes it so much easier—she does all the heavy lifting while you love on the kittens and play with them while inna cozy home environment.

We are looking for an incredible volunteer to welcome this little family into their home to give them the socialization and affection they need to thrive before they grow up and head to surgery.

This sweet young mom and her 5 little ones were unfortunate enough to find themselves in a local shelter with a pending long holiday weekend. However when we got the call about them, we knew that was not the place these sweet babies would thrive. We put out the call and had an amazing foster parent step up to take them in. Instead of spending their weekend scared and alone in a noisy shelter, they are set up in a foster home with kids showing them what love is.
While this brave little mom and her babies are now safe and comfortable we still need help. This family of 6 will require food and supplies over the coming weeks before they are ready to be adopted.

🎉 ADOPTION AND FOSTER UPDATE! Remember Oreo (on the left) from our last Kitten Palooza? Not only did he find his perfect forever home, but his amazing new family also decided to open their hearts even further and foster for us! They currently have these adorable little "beans" in their home right now, getting all the love and socialization they need. 🐾❤️ A big thank you to Melissa and her wonderful family for stepping up at the perfect time. Because of you, these precious babies are learning what a comfy 🏠 filled with love feels like!

A quick update on the three sweet kittens rescued this past week! They are officially settling into their new foster home, and the kids (2, 4, 6 yr) are ready to give them names! What do you think they will name the adventurous little tabby, the beautiful, sweet tortie and the adorable orange bundle of fluff? For now the kittens are spending their afternoon getting cozy in the fluffiest blanket they could find and getting used to all the love.

We are incredibly grateful for our foster network! Earlier this week, one of our loving fosters, Ava, stepped up to welcome these 2 neonates into her home, where they can grow safely. They were approximately 5-6 days old on intake.
Safe and sound, warm and loved. That’s what Kitten Rescue is all about.
