In this backyard project, every detail had a purpose—from the decorative gravel helping keep muddy dog paws off the patio, to layered lighting that highlights the landscape from multiple angles at night ✨

One of our favorite details? Using subtle lighting on the robellini palms from different directions to create depth, shadows, and a softer nighttime atmosphere around the pool.
