Faith and community leaders across Suwannee, Lafayette and Hamilton counties came together with one goal: helping their communities thrive.

Our latest Uplift Communities event created space for meaningful conversations around mental health, substance use, youth homelessness and the resources available to help. More importantly, it strengthened the local relationships that make it easier for people to find support when they need it.

Thank you to everyone who shared their perspective and continues to uplift their neighbors every day.

We remember, we honor and we stand with those who serve.

On September 11, we remember the lives lost and the families forever changed by unimaginable tragedy where we saw the meaning of service.
