Mexican Coffee Farmers: Why Their Work Matters for Great Coffee
Quality over quantity: Their meticulous care creates sweet, balanced, and aromatic coffee—far superior to mass-produced blends.
Cultural heritage: Their knowledge of traditional drying, roasting, and brewing methods preserves Mexico’s coffee legacy.
Sustainability: By farming responsibly, they protect ecosystems (like cloud forests) that industrial farms destroy.
